Pouring almost black with deep brown hues and boasting a cascading light tan head, this brew deftly blurs the lines between an Irish stout and a tropical stout. Aptly dubbed a "breakfast stout," we infused it with coffee, cinnamon, and aged it on 40 litres of maple syrup.

In the aroma, you'll find a blend of toasted and roasted malts, complemented by notes of cinnamon and coffee sourced from our friends at Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee.
