Continental DIPA with our Friends from Lost Villages Brewery, in Long Sault Ontario.
An ambitious, globe-trotting DIPA that manages to be both playful and complex. The absence of American ingredients is unnoticeable in the best way—this is an international showcase of ingredient harmony. A sipper by nature but dangerously drinkable.
Yeast: United Kingdom

Pours a dense, hazy golden yellow with a glowing opaque body and a persistent white head. Visually inviting with the classic haze expected of a modern juicy DIPA.
A vibrant, fruit-forward nose with notes of peach, pineapple, passion fruit, and grapefruit dominate, recalling childhood juice boxes and tropical punch. Subtle hints of honey and fresh-cut citrus add complexity, with a touch of dankness weaving through the bouquet.
Bold and juicy on the palate with a blend of citrus and tropical fruit—ripe pineapple, grapefruit zest, fresh orange juice, and fuzzy peach skin all make appearances. There are undercurrents of a light honey sweetness, balancing the fruit-forward profile. A mild dankness and restrained bitterness add depth without disrupting the juice bomb character. A whisper of heat reminds you this one packs a punch.
Creamy, smooth, and slightly slick, with a medium-full to full body. The ABV is well-masked but perceptible, adding a warming quality. Low carbonation enhances the velvety texture. The finish is long, smooth, and just bitter enough to invite another sip.
