Brewed using a heaping amount of freshly roasted Brazil – Honey blend coffee from our friends @ Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee. With notes of hazelnut, chocolate, red fruit and berries

Pours clear and effervescent; its pale straw yellow-hued body topped with light tan head that dissipates quickly.

On the nose coffee first and foremost, dark chocolates, alongside some grainy, doughy malts and an earthy-herbal hop note.

Upfront on the sip, a burst of hazelnut and chocolate, complemented by vibrant red fruits and berry undertones that bring a refreshing brightness.

Medium bodied, with light carbonation, the finish lingers until the next sip, balancing the coffee richness with a light, doughy malt backbone.
