On the nose, caramel, a touch of honeyed malt, hints of toasted bread crust, all balanced by a subtle herbal and spicy notes from the Czech Saaz hops.

The palate is smooth and malt forward without being too sweet. Layers of toasted malt, biscuit, and mild toffee lead, followed by a clean restrained hop bitterness. Czech Saaz hops incorporate pleasant herbal/floral notes that keep the finish crisp and balanced.

Medium-light body with moderate carbonation.
