A new take on an old staff favourite made with heaping amounts of freshly ground ginger and 40% rye malt. Pouring light amber in colour and slightly hazy, offering upfront aromas and flavours of ginger with a hint of fresh lemon and lime zest and a subtle sweetness and spice character, balanced by a touch of bitterness and a moderately dry finish. Pairs perfectly with fall weather, Thanksgiving dinners, and good company.
